Westminster Abbey Event in October

Join us, in partnership with The Thorney Island Society, for an evening with Paterson Joseph who will perform excerpts from his debut novel ‘The Secret Diaries of Charles Ignatius Sancho’. Sancho was a famous Georgian man of letters who escaped from a background of slavery to become a best-selling author and the first Black person to vote in a parliamentary election in England.
There will be musical accompaniment of Sancho’s minuets during the evening and an opportunity for you to purchase your very own signed copy of ‘The Secret Diaries of Charles Ignatius Sancho’ by Paterson Joseph.
Tickets will be released on 11th September at 9:00am.
