Bodmin, Cornwall, Bodmin Jail Attraction has launched a new one-hour outdoor history tour, offering visitors a fresh way to explore the site beyond the standard visitor experience.

This new guided tour takes guests through lesser-seen areas of the historic jail, exploring areas of the jail not typically included in traditional tours.

This one-hour walking experience takes you on a journey around the Victorian prison grounds, including the courtyard, gatehouse, prisoner wings and exercise yard. Along the way, you will uncover the realities of daily prison life, hear gripping tales of executions, daring escape attempts, and shocking prison riots, all brought to life by our award-winning guides.
