JAILHOUSE TOURS ARE OPEN FOR GROUPS!

Guided tours restarted last week – they are limiting the numbers to 20 rather than 30 plus pre Covid

The tours last 2 hours and the feedback from visitors around the safety measures put in place is great. The guided tours at Shrewsbury Prison are led by the officers that worked there and at Shepton by those with many years experience.

Their Trip Advisor reviews are great particularly around the safeness of the site – after all prisons were built to socially distance people!
