Westminster Abbey-Battle of Britain Service

This year, Westminster Abbey celebrate the 85th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain with a Service of Thanksgiving and Rededication on Sunday, 21st September.

Westminster Abbey has held a service of thanksgiving and rededication on Battle of Britain Sunday every year since 1944. At this service, we remember the remarkable victory of the Royal Air Force pilots and aircrew who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. The service will be livestreamed for those wishing to join virtually.
