DESCRIPTION:  \nIt gives me great pleasure to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 25th February 2022 at 12.30pm.  \nFollowing current government guidelines\, we are still unable to hold a face-to-face AGM\, meaning this years AGM will be held virtually once again. This change to the norm is due to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 having been passed into law on 26 June 2020\, which allows organisations such as ours to be able to hold meetings electronically due to the exceptional circumstances brought about by Covid-19. \nWhile we are delighted to be able to hold our AGM virtually\, once again\, there are restrictions on member involvement as a consequence. We will be asking Members to pre-register to attend the AGM. You can register via the AGTO website here. \nIn addition\, due to the temporary regulations governing electronic AGMs\, members are not allowed to interact and ask questions during the AGM as they would otherwise be entitled to do under normal circumstances. We have therefore also set up a form in the Members Area of the website\, so that you can pre-submit any questions which we will try to answer either during or following the AGM.  We do regret the change to proceedings and hope you understand this is beyond our control. \nPlease note the deadline for submitting questions and registering is 5pm on Tuesday 22nd February 2022. \nThe Agenda is below and please click on the links to access the documents. To save admin costs\, it would be greatly appreciated if you could print off these documents for your reference at the AGM. \nAs we will are holding our AGM in virtually this year\, we have again worked to bring you\, our members\, an Afternoon of Treats! During this\, a variety of our Associate Members will showcase their offerings. We hope this will be an interesting and entertaining couple of hours which will be a mix of pre-recorded videos and live Q&A.
